  27. I have the same modem. i just got it on saturday. It said plug and
  28. play on win 95. that is bullshit. it aint plig in play so i used the
  29. jumper things. now the higest speed i can connect to is 14.4 what
  30. wrong its supposed to connect at 28.8 or 33.6 or somthin like that.
  31. all my port settings aer right and it onl will connect at 9600,1200,
  32. or 14.4 baud. someone please help me please.
